Return Policy:You may return new, unopened or unused items sold by Hillcrest Sports online within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Please include the purchase receipts with the shipment. If the return is processed after 15 days, but within 30 days from the purchase date, you will only receive store credit, provided that the items are returned in their original packaging. We will also refund your shipping cost if the items are returned due our error. If your order was damaged caused by the shipping company, we must receive your claim within five business days from your acceptance of the shipment. After this time, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
