- All orders are processed and shipped within two (2) business days of order placement. If expedited shipping is necessary customers can call 1-503-665-4455 to inquire about availability and cost. You will be updated with a tracking number and estimated arrival date when your order is shipped. All orders over $50.00 USD receive Free shipping. All orders $49.99 USD and under will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD
- Price Match
- Hillcrest Ski and Sports will price match any competitor. All we require is that the product is the same make and model from the same production year. Contact us with the contact information of the competitor and product details so we can verify the product's price and that it is in stock. After the verification process we will deduct the difference from the price of the item you wish to purchase.
- Privacy & Security
Hillcrest Sports values our customers and respects your privacy. We collect information about you in our store and through our website in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, events and promotions. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. You may exercise your choices about how we collect and use your information consistent with this policy at any time and you may request at any time that your address be deleted from our database, therefore ceasing to receive any further information from Hillcrest Sports.
Hillcrest Sports uses 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to prevent third parties from reading the information you enter during our online checkout process. We also use Authorize.net as payment gateway, which assures such encryption and a totally secure payment process. Please note that we do not store credit card numbers in our database. Once the transaction is complete we have no way of accessing your credit card number. Additionally, if you are shipping an order to an address other than your billing address, your order may be delayed for verification.
- Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our goal, so every item we sell comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you decide that your new or unused item isn’t going to work out, you have up to 30 days to return your purchase. We will exchange the item if desired or refund you the full purchase price.
The best way to initiate and complete an exchange is to call us or purchase a the replacement product via our website. We will refund you for your initial purchase once we receive the product being returned minus any shipping costs.
All items must be returned in their original condition and 100% re-sellable condition. This includes, but is not limited to; all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documents. You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization before returning any merchandise. Products must be returned to Hillcrest Sports within 30 days of the obtaining your RA number. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance, except in the event of Hillcrest Sports error in which we will send you a return shipping label. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number and sending it to us while the package is in transit. We reserve the right to charge up to a 20% re-stocking fee or refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met.
- Placing an order is as simple as finding the product you'd like to purchase and adding it to the cart. Once you've added all items you wish to purchase to the cart you can proceed to the checkout screen. Here you will enter your billing and shipping information. If shipping charges are applicable you will be notified during the checkout process of the total.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All prices are as listed and are not negotiable in any way. Promotions are to be used according to the instructions included with the promotion and are not negotiable. All payments will be processed immediately and before the customer may take delivery of any item(s) purchased. If payments such as credit or debit cards are declined, the sales transaction will stop at that point. Hillcrest Ski and Sports does not accept checks or COD orders.
- Viewing Orders and Updating Account Information
To view orders being processed and order history log into the user Dashboard and select My Orders from the menu.
All account information can be updated manually by the account holder via the account page after logging in. From the users dashboard shipping and billing addresses, newsletter subscriptions, and contact information can be changed. Passwords and email addresses can be changed from the Dashboard as well.
